I began my career in education as a passionate class teacher, very focused and driven towards excellent student outcomes. My hard work and commitment opened doors to middle leadership quite early in my career. Stepping into leadership changed my professional perspective–I realised that I could not only shape student experiences but also support colleagues in their professional journey.
